United Kits Refund & Return Policy
At United Kits, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our football kits and fanwear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions.
Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original saleable condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.

Customized items (e.g., jerseys with printed names, numbers, or special patches) are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by United Kits.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if these conditions are not met.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Securely pack the item(s) with all original contents. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or note with the RA number inside the package.

Ship the return to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired size/style is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, except in cases of our error.
